Customer Contact Solutions Leader NxSource Chooses ArcMail to Deliver Fully-Compliant Archiving Solutions to Business and Public-Sector Organizations.

Bossier City, La. -- March 31, 2014 -- ArcMail Technology, Inc., a leading provider of simple, secure and cost-effective email archiving solutions, today announced the addition of NxSource to its North America channel program. Effective immediately, NxSource, a leading developer of multi-media customer contact solutions for enterprise clients and contact center service bureaus, will partner with ArcMail to enhance regulatory compliance for its state-of-the-art solutions.

As an ArcMail channel partner, NxSource will offer fully-compliant, enterprise information archiving for all of its clients’ critical business communications and data including hosted and server-based email, SharePoint, social media, direct files, Salesforce Chatter™ and other data sources. In turn, NxSource will add value with solutions that dramatically improve productivity and lower the costs of call centers in midsize and large enterprises in many vertical segments including loan servicing, government, order placement, hospitals and a wide variety of other organizations that need internal agents to communicate to the outside world.
